If your product is received damaged, please take a picture and let us know via email at email@example.com . Please include your order number in the info. Returns must be received within 10 days after receipt. You must pack your item securely.
Your item will be inspected upon return and a credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 days after we receive your item.
Non - Warranty Returns
We do not accept returns on custom made designs - such as custom names or text. If your package was damaged by our carrier and your item is damaged please take photos and send with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you decide to return your order you may do so by returning it to 66 Hwy 20 Summertown TN 38483. Once your item is received it will be inspected and we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after delivery of product. Your item must be received back in new condition with no signs of use or damage. Once again you may not return any custom made designs. PLEASE NOTE you must return back in 30 days. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
